Prior to that incident I ordered two drinks on the app but after 30 minutes they never arrived, so I went to the bar clearly showing my confirmation email on my phone stating that they've not arrived after half an hour. His tone was really rude and just spoke down to me like I was piece of rubbish. Even though he was told immediately after so he still could have given me my winnings. Mark came up to me, grabbed my sheet out of my hand, looked seeing that I clearly won but just very rudely spoke down to me saying I didn't shout very loud, I'm only over there pointing at his chair and said well there's nothing I can do about it now sweetheart. A nice lady serving food asked if I won, seeing clearly I was being ignored so went up to Mark the bingo caller. I won on flower power, shouted loud very clearly and held my ticket up high but was ignored as he just focused on the other winner on a max, he asked if there were any more claims and I shouted again still holding my sheet up high but again ignored. From the moment I walked in there was a terrible atmosphere, the lady who sells the books was rude and unfriendly.
